
The National Basketball League of Canada's Canadian of the Year Award is an annual National Basketball League of Canada (NBL) award given since the 2011–12 season. Three of the first four players to been named Canadian of the Year had competed with the Rainmen in that season.

The Edmund Orgill Trophy is awarded to the winner of the annual football game between Rhodes College and Sewanee: The University of the South. The rivalry between Rhodes and Sewanee was reported by Sports Illustrated in 2012 to be "the longest continuously running rivalry in college football in the Southern United States". Although the first game was played in 1899, the teams have not met in every season. The Orgill Trophy was added to the series in 1954. Rhodes currently leads the trophy series 37–29–1. The 2016 contest was a 36–21 Rhodes victory at Sewanee in which the Rhodes offense set a conference record for total offense with 684. Most recently, Rhodes defeated Sewanee 55-13.

The FA's Charter Standard Award recognises and rewards high quality of levels of provision in club, league and schools football. There three levels of FA Charter Standard Award for organisations to recognise the different standards. The entry level is an 'FA Charter Standard Club', the next is an 'FA Charter Development Club', and the most advanced is the 'FA Charter Community Club'.

The Herbert Claiborne Pell Cup, established in 1958, is presented by the Ida Lewis Yacht Club, of Newport, Rhode Island, to the winner of the Challenger Selection Series for the America's Cup. The Cup is named for Herbert Claiborne Pell, Jr..

The Johnny Mannah Cup is a trophy contested annually in a game between the National Rugby League's Parramatta Eels and Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks clubs.

The Kolanka Cup is a polo trophy awarded in India. According to the Guinness Book of World Records, it is the "tallest sports trophy in the world". It is named after the Rajah of Kolanka Sri Rajah Rao Pradyumna Krishna Mahipati Suryarao Bahadur who got it made as a polo player under his own team name, the Kolanka team. The Rajah of Kolanka was the 4th Raja Kumara of venkatagiri i.e. he was the fourth son of the 29th Raja of Venkatagiri and the grandson of Rajagopala Krishna Yachendra of Venkatagiri and was adopted by the childless Rani of Kolanka.

The Northwestern Ontario Sports Hall of Fame, established in 1978 in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada, is dedicated to the people of Northwestern Ontario who have achieved greatness in sport. It is located on 219 South May Street in Downtown Fort William.

The PBA Leo Awards, formerly known as the PBA MVP Awards Night (1975–1992) and PBA Annual Awards (1993–2002) is an annual awards ceremony of the Philippine Basketball Association to honor the achievements of its players for the season. The winners are awarded with The Leo, named in honor of the league's first commissioner, Leo Prieto.
