WAggregation was a Canadian online magazine published between 2010 and 2012. Each issue collected together stories and trends from five contributors based on hyperlinks they'd discover on the web. It was one of the first Canadian publications designed exclusively for Apple's iPad.
WCineAction is a Canada-based film magazine, published three times a year, edited by an editorial collective that originally included critic Robin Wood. It was founded in 1985 by members of the film department at Toronto's York University. The magazine has a Marxist-orientation. The first 98 issues of the magazine were published in print from 1985-2016. CineAction introduced its inaugural online issue in October 2018.
WCult MTL is an English language arts, culture and news website and monthly print publication, based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Its first print edition appeared on 7 September 2012. It was created only a few months after Montreal's last English-language alternative weekly, Montreal Mirror, was unceremoniously closed by its parent company, Quebecor. The founding editors of Cult MTL were also involved with the Mirror. In August 2013 the print version of the magazine was started.
WHunter and Cook was a Toronto-based art and culture magazine. It was founded in 2008, and published three times a year until 2011, for 10 issues total. Visual artists Tony Romano and Jay Isaac were the publishers. The magazine included in-depth articles and interviews with contemporary artists, as well as curated projects made specifically for the magazine by invited artists. The magazine was featured in Eye Weekly, and The Coast.

WMakara was a Canadian feminist arts journal, produced in Vancouver, British Columbia from December 1975 to 1978 by the Pacific Women’s Graphic Arts Co-operative, in co-operation with Press Gang Publishers. The collective began work in 1972–73.
WParachute - revue d'art contemporain was a bilingual French and English contemporary art magazine. It was published quarterly in October, January and April. One issue each year was dedicated to an emerging metropolis for contemporary art. Parachute was concerned primarily with the visual arts and museology. The magazine occasionally devoted articles to other art forms when they transcended their conventional boundaries and provoked theoretical debates. The last issue, No. 125, appeared in 2009 when decreasing funding levels made it impossible to continue operation.
