The EP consists of six songs, which were written by Tomas Costanza, Paul Coultrup, Farrow, and Ashley Levy. "A Drag Race Song" and "Gratify" were released as singles and received music videos as well as remixes. Decoded received positive reviews from music critics.

Dirty Computer is the third studio album by American singer and songwriter Janelle Monáe, released on April 27, 2018, by Wondaland Arts Society, Bad Boy Records and Atlantic Records. It is the follow-up to her studio albums The ArchAndroid (2010) and The Electric Lady (2013) and her first album not to be a part of Cindi Mayweather's Metropolis narrative. A departure from the more psychedelic sound of her early work, Dirty Computer is a pop, funk, hip hop, R&B, and neo soul record, featuring elements of electropop, space rock, pop rock, Minneapolis soul, trap, futurepop, new wave, synthpop, and Latin music. Four singles, "Make Me Feel", "Django Jane", "Pynk", and "I Like That", were chosen to promote the album. Its release was accompanied by a 46-minute narrative film project of the same name.

While it was originally announced to be released in July 2019, the release was delayed to September 19, 2019. The EP features six new songs, as well as three remixes.

Hopeless Fountain Kingdom is the second studio album by American singer-songwriter Halsey. It was released on June 2, 2017 through Astralwerks. The album features guest appearances from Quavo, Lauren Jauregui and Cashmere Cat. Halsey co-wrote every song on the album, while production was handled by Lido and Benny Blanco, among others. Following its release, Hopeless Fountain Kingdom debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 albums chart in the United States and the Canadian Albums Chart. The album was also certified Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in the US. In support of the album, Halsey embarked on the Hopeless Fountain Kingdom Tour (2017–2018). The album was described by Halsey as having more "radio friendly music" when compared to her previous releases. As a result, Hopeless Fountain Kingdom is primarily a pop and R&B record and features synth-pop and electropop.

It's Only Right and Natural is the second album by the band The Frogs and was released in 1989 by Homestead Records. Gerard Cosloy, who was in charge of Homestead at the time, came into possession of some of the Flemion Brothers' improvised homemade tapes and signed them to the label. The Flemions were originally hoping that Homestead would release their debut album The Frogs, but Cosloy convinced them to release a gay-themed album instead. The album was recorded on 4-Track reel-to-reel in Dennis's living room and was originally meant to be for the Flemion brothers and their friends' own amusement, and was not originally considered for release.

The album, titled after the first name of Lil Nas X, was first announced in 2019. Its title, cover artwork, and tracklist were unveiled in 2021. Four singles supported Montero: the lead single "Montero ", "Sun Goes Down", "Industry Baby", and "Thats What I Want", two of which topped the U.S. Billboard Hot 100.

The Politician: Music from the Netflix Original Series is a soundtrack album for the Netflix series The Politician featuring Ben Platt, released by Atlantic Records on October 22, 2019. It was re-issued on July 24, 2020 with an extra track, Platt's cover of "Corner of the Sky" from the musical Pippin, following the show's second season.

Rollercoaster is the official debut album of pop rock-dance artist Jim Verraros. It was released by independent label Koch Records on April 26, 2005. Several of the album's songs had been featured on a previous release by Verraros, titled Unsaid and Understood, which had acted as a demo album. Unsaid and Understood had been self-released in 2003, a year after Verraros placed ninth on American Idol's first season, and had drawn the attention of Koch Records, which proceeded to sign Verraros. Gabe Lopez produced Unsaid and Understood as well as Rollercoaster. He also provided backing vocals and played several instruments on both albums. Among Rollercoaster's other background vocalists is Angela Peel, who made it to the semi-finals on American Idol, during the same season as Verraros.
