Bastila Shan was voiced by Jennifer Hale, with her casting being considered one of the most important among the game's characters. Bastila was originally envisioned as the descendant of a character from the Tales of the Jedi comics series, but is ultimately developed with no ties to other pre-established characters.

Crash Bandicoot is the title character and main protagonist of the Crash Bandicoot series. Introduced in the 1996 video game Crash Bandicoot, Crash is a mutant eastern barred bandicoot who was genetically enhanced by the series' main antagonist Doctor Neo Cortex and soon escaped from Cortex's castle after a failed experiment in the "Cortex Vortex". Throughout the series, Crash acts as the opposition against Cortex and his schemes for world domination. Frank Jaeger, better known by his codename Gray Fox, is a fictional character and protagonist from Konami's Metal Gear series. Heihachi Mishima is a fictional character of Namco's Tekken fighting game series as the main antagonist. Introduced as the boss character from the first Tekken video game from 1994, Heihachi appears as the leader of a military firm known as the Mishima Zaibatsu. He was the protagonist of Tekken 2, but was the main antagonist of Tekken 7. He was a boss character in two additional installments. He is opposed by many of his relatives who wish for his death out of revenge and to take over the Zaibatsu. This happens across the series and one of the creators of Tekken Katsuhiro Harada has called it a "family feud". Heihachi wants to defeat his son and grandson, Kazuya Mishima and Jin Kazama respectively, in order to rid the world of the Devil Gene as reckoned in Tekken 7, whereas before he showed interest in taking Jin's Devil Gene power to perfect his youth formula that he has been trying to create since Tekken 3 with Ogres DNA. He never successfully creates his youth formula in the canon. However, he has successfully created the formula in PlayStation All-Stars and Tekken Tag Tournament 2, both being non-canonical appearances of the character. Heihachi's backstory and motives are revealed in Tekken 7, which is said to be his final appearance in story.

Ibuki is a character in Capcom's Street Fighter series. First appearing in Street Fighter III: New Generation in 1997, she is a young prodigy ninja-in-training from an ancient clan, but who nevertheless would prefer to live the normal life of a modern Japanese teenager. Ibuki has a pet raccoon dog named Don, a close friend in Sakura, and her friendly rivals include R. Mika. She has also appeared in other games and her own comic book miniseries.

Illidan Stormrage is a fictional character who appears in the Warcraft series of video games by Blizzard Entertainment. Born a night elf and sorcerer, his pursuit of power led him to commit several horrific acts against his own people, which earned him the nickname "the Betrayer" and to become the first Demon Hunter. Jinpachi Mishima is a fictional character in Namco Bandai's Tekken series. He was introduced in Tekken 5 as the main antagonist and unplayable final boss. While he is first made playable in the PlayStation 3 version of Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection, his full playable appearance is in Tekken Tag Tournament 2. A legendary martial artist, once known as "the strongest fist" Jinpachi founded the mega corporation Mishima Zaibatsu decades before the start of the series. He lost control over his company to his son, Heihachi, approximately 50 years before the series started and 10 years later was imprisoned under the Mishima family temple, Hon-maru, where he died of starvation several years later. He was resurrected and possessed by a demon, and retook the Mishima Zaibatsu during Heihachi's absence in Tekken 5.

Juhani is a fictional character appearing in BioWare's 2003 action role-playing video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. Within the series, Juhani is a Jedi Knight who is a member of the feline Cathar species. She initially appears as an enemy, but joins the protagonist Revan if she is spared and offered a chance to redeem herself. Juhani is notable as the first explicitly LGBTQ character in the Star Wars media franchise; she is originally intended to be portrayed as a lesbian, but due to a programming error she is a bisexual romance option by the time Knights of the Old Republic was released in 2003. Kabal is a fictional character in the Mortal Kombat fighting game franchise, created for Midway Games by Ed Boon and John Tobias. Kabal was introduced in Mortal Kombat 3 as a former member of Kano's Black Dragon criminal organization who had reformed as a force for good and became one of the chosen defenders of Earthrealm. Along the way, he notably suffered an attack by Outworld emperor Shao Kahn's extermination squads that left his face disfigured, so he concealed it behind a mask. In the three-dimensional Mortal Kombat games, he returns to the side of evil by reforming the Black Dragon and feuding with Mavado, leader of their group's bitter rival, the Red Dragon. Kabal returns to the side of good in the 2011 Mortal Kombat reboot, again having quit the Black Dragon and fighting alongside Kurtis Stryker to defend Earthrealm against Shao Kahn's forces. After a cameo appearance in Mortal Kombat X as an NPC character, Kabal is playable in the latest installment of the franchise, Mortal Kombat 11. He was revealed on a live stream entitled 'Kombat Kast' by the games' developers.

Kain is a fictional character, and the main protagonist and title character of the Legacy of Kain video game series. First introduced in Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain in 1996, he was created by Denis Dyack and Silicon Knights, and has appeared in all subsequent Legacy of Kain games under the direction of developer Crystal Dynamics. Once a high elf ranger-general of Silvermoon, Sylvanas was murdered by Arthas Menethil when she led a doomed resistance against his invasion. In one climactic battle, that left the capital city of Silvermoon in ruins, he managed to finally beat the elven general, ripping her soul out and transforming her into a banshee. This newest agent of the Lich King was empowered by hatred of the living and an everlasting desire to rule over her new brethren. In The Frozen Throne, Sylvanas was able to regain her free will and body and founded the Forsaken faction of undead while styling herself as the "Banshee Queen" and "Dark Lady". With her new undead forces vowing to take revenge on the Lich King, they set out to wage war against the Scourge.

Miles "Tails" Prower is a fictional character in Sega's Sonic the Hedgehog series, and the title character's best friend, sidekick, and most recurring ally. Tails also appears in his own spin-off series, comic books, cartoons, and films. He is the second character to consistently appear by Sonic's side in the series. The name "Miles Prower" is a pun on "miles per hour", a reference to the famed speed of Sonic the Hedgehog. He is a two-tailed kitsune, hence the nickname. A mechanical genius and skilled pilot, he can fly by spinning his tails like a helicopter rotor and can be seen flying in multiple games and TV shows created by SEGA. He debuted with the release of the 8-bit version of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 in October 1992. Ventus , commonly referred to as Ven (ヴェン), is a fictional character from Square Enix's video game franchise Kingdom Hearts. Having first made cameos in Kingdom Hearts II and other related titles, Ventus was introduced in the 2010 prequel Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep as one of the game's three playable protagonists. In its story, Ventus is introduced as the youngest apprentice of Master Eraqus who trains him alongside his best friends, Terra and Aqua, to become experienced warriors with the Keyblade.

Vergil is a fictional character from the Devil May Cry series that was created and published by Capcom. He was introduced in the first Devil May Cry game as a boss called Nelo Angelo . Vergil is one of two hybrid sons of a demon knight called Sparda and as a result possesses supernatural powers. He has appeared in three video games as one of the main antagonists opposing his twin brother, Dante, and in a novel and a manga based on the series. He is the one of the two main antagonists of Devil May Cry 3 and the final antagonist turned anti-hero of Devil May Cry 5. While his demon-half Urizen serves as the central antagonist, his human-half V appears in the latter game as a playable protagonist. A re-booted version of Vergil also appears in the 2013 video game DmC: Devil May Cry as the leader of a group of rouge vigilantes bent on stopping the demon king, Mundus.

Viewtiful Joe is a title character and the protagonist of the Viewtiful Joe series. While normally a regular person named Joe, he obtains the ability to transform into Viewtiful Joe by entering a movie and gaining the ability from an older superhero named Captain Blue in order to save his girlfriend, Silvia. He was created by the game's director, Hideki Kamiya, and illustrated by Kumiko Suekane. In the video games he is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker, while he is voiced by Jason Palmer and Tomokazu Seki in the English and Japanese dubs of the anime series respectively.

Vincent Valentine is a player character in Square's 1997 role-playing video game Final Fantasy VII. Designed by Tetsuya Nomura, he also appears in various titles from the Compilation of Final Fantasy VII, a metaseries set in the Final Fantasy VII continuity. Specifically, he is the protagonist in the 2006 third-person shooter Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII and its mobile phone tie-in Dirge of Cerberus: Lost Episode. Wolf O'Donnell is a fictional character in Nintendo's Star Fox video game series. In the series, Wolf O'Donnell is an anthropomorphic wolf who is both the leader of the Star Wolf mercenary team and rival to Fox McCloud. Star Wolf is initially hired by Andross to take down the Star Fox team; although unsuccessful in doing so, the dogfights between the two teams results in Wolf developing both a grudging respect for Fox and a desire to defeat him in a rematch.
