Elvegårdsmoen is a military training camp site in the municipality of Narvik in Nordland county, Norway. It is located in the inner end of Herjangsfjorden, on the southeast side of the village of Bjerkvik. The site was of some importance during the German invasion of Norway in April 1940 and the subsequent Norwegian Campaign. The camp was occupied by German forces on 9 April 1940, and it was recaptured by soldiers from the French Foreign Legion during the Battles of Narvik on 13 May 1940.

Høybuktmoen is a moor area in the municipality of Sør-Varanger in Troms og Finnmark county, Norway. It is located about 12 kilometers (7.5 mi) west of the town of Kirkenes. It is the site of Kirkenes Airport, Høybuktmoen and the Garrison of Sør-Varanger. Høybuktmoen is located on a small peninsula between the Bøkfjorden and Korsfjorden. The European route E6 highway runs just south of Høybuktmoen.

Vatneleiren

Vatneleiren is a military base located in the municipality of Sandnes in Rogaland county, Norway. It was constructed just east of the Hanafjellet mountain just outside the city of Sandnes by the German Army during World War II, and has been used by the Norwegian Army since 1945. After the Cold War ended the number of soldiers stationed there gradually decreased, and the base is now mainly used by the Norwegian Home Guard. The Agder og Rogaland Heimevernsdistrikt 08 is based here, covering the two southernmost counties of Rogaland and Agder. The United Nations Logistics Officers Centre maintains a training centre in Vatneleiren, offering a logistics course.
