W403 "City of Calgary" (Helicopter) Operational Training Squadron is a squadron of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) located at Canadian Forces Base Gagetown. It is equipped with CH-146 Griffons and provides operational aircrew training to the crews who will fly the helicopter. The squadron also conducts operational test and evaluation, develops aviation tactics and carries out operations in support of the 1 Wing mission. It also supports the local Army requirements of the Combat Training Centre. It was founded as No. 403 Squadron RCAF.

It is located on the historical site of Fort Saint-Jean, in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, 40 km south of Montreal. WThe Canadian Army Tactics School supports the training and education of Army and other Canadian Armed Forces personnel by providing formal courses, learning support, and Counter-Improvised Explosive Devices and other Centre of Excellence expertise. The Tactics School is focussed on developing the Army's future leaders. The Tactics School also holds the Canadian Army Learning Support Centre which "was created to help the Army modernize its training methods [and] includes everything from hyper-realistic computer simulations to purpose-built models turned out using three dimensional printers". Unique amongst Canadian Army training establishments, the School has a high number of civilian contractors, employees, and interns.
