WAtton Rand is a fictional character and party member in Obsidian Entertainment's 2004 action role-playing video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II - The Sith Lords. Within the series, Atton is a human pilot encountered by the Jedi Exile, the protagonist of The Sith Lords, on the asteroid mining station Peragus II, where he joins the player's party and assumes the role of pilot in command of the spacecraft, the Ebon Hawk. Atton was designed with Han Solo as the character archetype; a number of subplots involving the character were cut during development due to time and technical constraints, but were later curated and restored by a fan mod utilizing hidden assets within the game's code over the period of a decade after the original game's release. He is voiced by Nicky Katt.
WDarth Bane is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise. He was created by George Lucas, within the Star Wars canon where he is first mentioned in the novelization of Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace, where Bane is an ancient Sith Lord who lived a thousand years before the films, and is known for being the originator of the "Rule of Two" that the Sith Lords follow, which establishes: "A master and an apprentice can be the only Sith in the galaxy at one time", which still remains as his backstory. Darth Bane's only on-screen appearance happens when he appears as a ghost to Jedi master Yoda in the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars, voiced by Mark Hamill.
WBastila Shan is a fictional character and party member in the 2003 action role-playing video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, developed by BioWare and published by LucasArts. Bastila is a member of the Jedi Order, and plays a key role in the war between the Jedi-backed Galactic Republic, and Sith Forces led by the Sith Lords Darth Revan and Darth Malak, both of whom were originally Jedi. Bastila would eventually succeed in a desperate plan to defeat and incapacitate Revan, with the goal of molding the Sith Lord back into the light side of the Force. Towards the end of the game, Bastila falls to the dark side of the Force and sides with Darth Malak as his new Sith apprentice, though her final fate is ultimately decided by the player as Revan, who is revealed to be the story's amnesiac protagonist all along in a plot twist midway through the game's narrative. Bastila Shan was voiced by Jennifer Hale, with her casting being considered one of the most important among the game's characters. Bastila was originally envisioned as the descendant of a character from the Tales of the Jedi comics series, but is ultimately developed with no ties to other pre-established characters.
WCount Dooku of Serenno, also known by his Sith title Darth Tyranus, is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise created by George Lucas. He first appeared in Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones (2002), portrayed by Christopher Lee, who reprised his role in Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith (2005). A former Jedi Master-turned-Sith Lord and Darth Sidious' second apprentice, the character is depicted as one of the main antagonists of the Star Wars prequel trilogy, and a foil to Anakin Skywalker. Dooku's fall to the dark side of the Force foreshadows Anakin's eventual transformation into Darth Vader.
WKreia is a fictional character and party member in Obsidian Entertainment's Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords. She is a blind Force-sensitive who forms a "bond" with the player character, the Jedi Exile, through the Force. Kreia sets herself up as the Exile's mentor, and rejects the divide of the light and dark side of the Force, as well as the predestination the Force entails. By the game's end, it is revealed she is the Sith Lord Darth Traya and is planning on destroying the Force, and she becomes the final boss of The Sith Lords. Kreia makes no more appearances in Star Wars fiction, though a miniature by Wizards of the Coast was released in August 2008, and she appears as an obtainable character in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes.
WDarth Maul, later simply Maul, is a fictional character and a major antagonist in the Star Wars franchise. A powerful Zabrak Sith Lord and Darth Sidious' first known apprentice, he first appeared in Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace (1999), portrayed by Ray Park and voiced by Peter Serafinowicz. Though seemingly killed by Obi-Wan Kenobi at the end of the film, he returned in the 2008 Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated television series, having survived his near-fatal injuries through powerful mastery of the dark side of the Force, fueled by his anger. Maul has since also made appearances in the 2014 series Star Wars Rebels and the 2018 film Solo: A Star Wars Story, voiced by Sam Witwer, with Park physically reprising the role in the latter film. While usually portrayed as Obi-Wan Kenobi's relentless archenemy, the character has also been depicted as a tragic anti-villain.

WDarth Plagueis is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise. A Sith lord with the ability to manipulate life and death, Plagueis is the mentor and murder victim of Palpatine. The character is first mentioned in the 2005 film Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith, in which Palpatine frames his life as a "legend" to lure Anakin Skywalker to the dark side of the Force.
WRevan is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise. He was created for BioWare's 2003 role-playing video game Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, in which he is the playable protagonist. Players may choose Revan's gender, appearance, and what path he follows throughout the game, but canonically the character is male and follows the light side of the Force. Within the game's narrative, Revan is a former Jedi hero who lived during the Old Republic Era. After turning to the dark side and becoming a Sith Lord, he took on the name Darth Revan and formed a Sith Empire to conquer the galaxy, contending with the Republic's armies. During a battle, Revan was betrayed by his friend and Sith Apprentice Darth Malak, left with amnesia, and captured by the Jedi. Taking advantage of his condition, the Jedi gave Revan a false identity and persuaded him to rejoin their ranks so that he could help bring down his own former Empire, now led by Malak. Revan's true identity isn't revealed to the player until later in the game, prior to which their custom character lacks any predefined identity and "Darth Revan" is believed to be dead.
WJacen Solo is a fictional character in literature based on the Star Wars film series, set in what is now designated as the non-canonical Star Wars Legends continuity. The son of Han Solo and Leia Organa Solo and the nephew of Luke Skywalker, he is a major character in several novels, particularly the New Jedi Order series. He becomes the antagonist of the Legacy of the Force series under the name Darth Caedus. Jacen's other familial connections of note to his native continuity include being the brother of Jaina Solo and Anakin Solo as well as the cousin of Ben Skywalker.
