
Naval Support Activity Charleston, originally designated Naval Weapons Station Charleston, is a base of the United States Navy located on the west bank of the Cooper River, in the cities of Goose Creek and Hanahan South Carolina. The base encompasses more than 17,000 acres (69 km²) of land with 10,000 acres (40 km²) of forest and wetlands, 16-plus miles of waterfront, four deep-water piers, 38.2 miles (61.5 km) of railroad and 292 miles (470 km) of road. The current workforce numbers more than 11,000 with an additional 3,600 people in on-base family housing.

Naval Support Activity Bahrain is a United States Navy base, situated in the Kingdom of Bahrain and is home to U.S. Naval Forces Central Command and United States Fifth Fleet.

Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads is a United States Navy Echelon 4 regional support commander that is responsible to Navy Region Mid-Atlantic for the operation and maintenance of the installation of the same name that it is headquartered on. Adjacent to, but separate from Naval Station Norfolk, NSA Hampton Roads has the largest concentration of fleet headquarters administrative and communication facilities outside of Washington, D.C., including the headquarters for United States Fleet Forces Command, Naval Reserve Forces Command and United States Marine Corps Forces Command, along with components of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the Joint Forces Staff College. NSA Hampton Roads is also home to NATO's Allied Command Transformation.

Lakehurst Maxfield Field, formerly known as Naval Air Engineering Station Lakehurst , is the naval component of Joint Base McGuire–Dix–Lakehurst, a United States Air Force–managed joint base headquartered approximately 25 miles (40 km) east-southeast of Trenton in Manchester Township and Jackson Township in Ocean County, New Jersey, United States. It is primarily the home to Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, although the airfield supports several other flying and non-flying units as well. Its name is an amalgamation of its location and the last name of Commander Louis H. Maxfield, who lost his life when the R-38/USN ZR-2 airship crashed during flight on 24 August 1921 near Hull, England.

Naval Support Activity Mechanicsburg is a 806 acres (1.259 sq mi) naval supply depot just outside of Mechanicsburg in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. Largely industrial, and home to over 150 warehouses containing 8,800,000 square feet (820,000 m2) of storage space and other buildings, it is the headquarters of the Naval Supply Systems Command. It is also the parent installation of Naval Support Activity Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Navy Yard Annex, which share the same commanding officer.

Naval Support Activity Mid-South, in Millington, Tennessee, is a base of the United States Navy. A part of the Navy Region Southeast and the Navy Installations Command, NSA Mid-South serves as the Navy’s Human Resources Center of Excellence. The base is host to several commands and other military tenants: Navy Personnel Command, Navy Recruiting Command, the Navy Manpower Analysis Center, a Marine reserve Company - Bridge Company C and the US Army Corps of Engineers Finance Center. More than 7,500 military, civilian, and contract personnel are assigned/work on base.

Naval Support Activity New Orleans was a United States Navy installation until September 2011. During its time in operation, it was the largest military installation in greater New Orleans. It hosts activities for other branches of service and federal agencies.

The United States Naval Support Activity Panama City, is located just outside Panama City, Florida and is a United States Navy military base. It is located within Bay County. Among other commands, it houses Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division and the Navy Experimental Diving Unit (NEDU).

Naval Support Activity Philadelphia is a 134 acres (0.209 sq mi) United States Navy base located in the Lawncrest section of Northeast Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and located 113 miles (182 km) east of its parent command, NSA Mechanicsburg. With the exception of a few buildings, much of the base is industrial in style, and consists of office-converted warehouses for the various Naval supply commands located on the installation. According to the base guide, its warehouse offices and other buildings amount to 2,250,000 square feet (209,000 m2) of cubic space on the base. It also provides support services to Navy units that are situated at the Philadelphia Navy Yard Annex.
Naval Support Activity Saratoga Springs is a base of the United States Navy that is located in Saratoga County in Upstate New York. Its mission is to provide support services to naval assets within the New York Capitol region as well as those in neighboring Connecticut and Massachusetts. Primarily however, it serves the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command students and staff that are located just 7 miles (11 km) west in nearby Ballston Spa.

Crete Naval Base is a major naval base of the Hellenic Navy and NATO at Souda Bay in Crete, Greece.
