WArion (アリオン) was a manga series written and illustrated by Yoshikazu Yasuhiko, published in Tokuma Shoten's Monthly Comic Ryū from March 1979 to September 1984. The story follows Arion, a young man kidnapped by Hades as a child and raised to believe that his mother was blinded by Zeus and that killing the ruler of Mount Olympus will cure her.
WBride of Deimos is a Japanese fantasy horror manga series written by Etsuko Ikeda and illustrated by Yuuho Ashibe. It premiered in Princess magazine in December 1974, later moving to Viva Princess, where it ran until the magazine became defunct with the release of its October 1990 issue. Akita Shoten collected the chapters into 17 compiled volumes published under the Princess Comics imprint; ComicsOne licensed the series for an English-language release in North America and published seven volumes before going out of business. In August 1988, the manga inspired an original video animation (OVA) adaptation directed by Rintaro and produced by Madhouse. In May 2007, Bride of Deimos resumed serialization in Monthly Bonita magazine, with the subtitle "The Final Chapter" . It was put on hiatus in April 2014, with six compiled volumes published as of May 2014.

The anime television series consisted of 46 episodes and aired across Japan on Fuji TV from May 1982 to March 1983. The story follows five mystical warriors called the Saints who fight wearing sacred sets of armor named "Cloths", the designs of which derive from the various constellations the characters have adopted as their destined guardian symbols, and empowered by a mystical energy called "Cosmo". The Saints have sworn to defend the reincarnation of the Greek goddess Athena in her battle against other Olympian gods who want to dominate Earth. It was serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump from 1986 to 1990, with the chapters collected into 28 tankōbon volumes by Shueisha.
WUchu Sentai Kyuranger is a Japanese tokusatsu television series and the 41st entry of Toei's long-running Super Sentai metaseries, following Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger. The show premiered on February 12, 2017, joining Kamen Rider Ex-Aid and later Kamen Rider Build in the Super Hero Time line-up on TV Asahi affiliate stations before concluding on February 4, 2018. Kyuranger's primary motifs are constellations and Greco-Roman mythology, and it is also the first Super Sentai series to introduce nine regular members in the beginning instead of five or fewer like previous installments.
WUlysses 31 is a French-Japanese anime series (1981) that updates the Greek mythology of Odysseus to the 31st century. The show comprised 26 half-hour episodes and was produced by DIC Audiovisuel in conjunction with anime studio TMS Entertainment. The rights to this show, like most of DIC's other programs, are presently owned by WildBrain, through Cookie Jar Entertainment. Prior to 2006 the international distribution rights were owned by Saban International and Jetix Europe.
