
Khairul Azwan bin Harun is a Malaysian politician. He is a former Malaysian Senator which is part of the Dewan Negara. He is a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), a major party in the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition. Azwan is one of the individuals mentioned during the press conference by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission on 8 January 2020 with regards to audio recordings of telephone conversations relating to the 1Malaysia Development Berhad scandal.

He was the Member of the Parliament of Malaysia for the seat of Titiwangsa in the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur for one term (2013–2018). He is a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), a major component party in Malaysia's opposition Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition.

Lim Guan Eng is a Malaysian politician from the Democratic Action Party (DAP), a component party of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition who has served as Member of Parliament (MP) for Bagan, Member of the Penang State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Air Putih since March 2008 and 5th Secretary-General of DAP since September 2004. He served as the Minister of Finance in the PH administration under former prime minister Mahathir Mohamad from May 2018 to the collapse of the PH administration in February 2020, 4th Chief Minister of Penang from March 2008 to May 2018 and MP for Kota Melaka from August 1986 to November 1999.

Datuk Dr. Mohd. Radzi bin Md. Jidin is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Senior Minister in charge of Education and Minister of Education for the second term in the Barisan Nasional (BN) administration under Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob since August 2021 and Senator since July 2018. He served his first term in Perikatan Nasional (PN) administration under former Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin from March 2020 to August 2021. He also served as Senior Minister in charge of Education and Society in the PN adminitration under Muhyiddin from March 2020 to August 2021. He is a member of and has served as Vice-President of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU), a component party of the ruling PN coalition, since August 2020.

Datuk Nur Jazlan bin Mohamed is a Malaysian politician who served as the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs I in the Barisan Nasional (BN) administration under former Prime Minister Najib Razak and former Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi from July 2015 to May 2018, Member of Parliament (MP) for Pulai from March 2004 to May 2018 and Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee from June 2013 to July 2015. He is a member and Division Chairman of Pulai of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), a component party of the ruling Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition which is aligned with another ruling Perikatan Nasional (PN) coalition. He is seen as a great attacker and opposition of PN by repeatedly and frequently voicing attacks and oppositions against it despite his coalition is aligned with PN coalition and joining its administration.
