"Almost Seems " is a 1985 single by Irish group Clannad. It is the second single from their album Macalla.

"Don't Let Me Down" is a song written by Richard Stannard, Julian Gallagher, D. Morgan, Will Young, and Simon Hale and performed by Young. It was released as his fourth single on 18 November 2002 along with the track "You and I". It reached number two on the UK Singles Chart. The double A-side single was released in aid of Children in Need. CD2 included a limited edition poster.

"Fields of Gold" is a song written and performed by English musician Sting. It first appeared on his fourth studio album, Ten Summoner's Tales (1993). The song was released as a single on 7 June 1993 but reached only No. 16 on the UK Singles Chart and No. 23 on the US Billboard Hot 100. However, the song did reach the top 10 in Canada and Iceland and became one of Sting's most famous songs.

"Have You Ever" is a song by UK pop group S Club 7, released as a single on 19 November 2001. Following the success of the 2000 Children in Need track, "Never Had a Dream Come True", the BBC asked S Club 7 to perform the 2001 track for the charity as well. "Have You Ever" was co-written by Cathy Dennis, Andrew Frampton and Chris Braide. "Have You Ever" acted as an introduction to S Club 7's third album Sunshine.

"Headlines " is a song by English girl group the Spice Girls for their greatest hits album Greatest Hits (2007). It was written by the Spice Girls, Richard Stannard and Matt Rowe, whilst produced by the latter two. It was released as the only single from the album on 5 November 2007 by Virgin Records. The song was the first commercial single release to feature the group's original lineup since Geri Halliwell left in 1998. It was also the official Children in Need single of 2007. It is their last studio single to date.

"How Long Will I Love You?" is a song by folk-rock band The Waterboys from their fifth studio album, Room to Roam (1990). Written by Mike Scott, it was released as the album's lead single. The song was subsequently covered by English singer Ellie Goulding and released as the second single from her album Halcyon Days (2013). Goulding's version is included on the soundtrack to the 2013 film About Time, which also features a different cover by Jon Boden, Sam Sweeney and Ben Coleman.

"Love You More" is a song by English boy band JLS from their second studio album, Outta This World (2010). The band co-wrote the song with Toby Gad and Wayne Hector. It was released as the band's second single from the album on 11 April 2010. The track serves as the official Children in Need charity single for 2010. "Love You More" debuted at number one on the UK Singles Chart on 21 November 2010, making it JLS's fourth number-one single. The video for the song premiered on the group's YouTube channel on 1 October 2010.

Never Had a Dream Come True (S Club 7 song)

"Never Had a Dream Come True" is a song by British pop group S Club 7, released as a single in the United Kingdom on 27 November 2000. It was chosen to be the official 2000 BBC Children in Need song. The single peaked atop the UK Singles Chart, becoming Britain's ninth-best-selling single of 2000. Outside the UK, it peaked within the top ten on the charts of Ireland, Sweden, and the United States—where it reached number 10 and became the group's only single to appear on the Billboard Hot 100.

"The Official BBC Children in Need Medley" is a single by Peter Kay's Animated All Star Band. It is the official Children in Need Single for 2009, and was released on 21 November 2009. The song was shown for the first time on Children in Need 2009. The cover art is a parody of the cover of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band by The Beatles. The single has sold over 452,000 copies in the UK, earning it Gold status from the BPI.

"Perfect Day" is a song written by American musician Lou Reed in 1972. It was originally featured on Transformer, Reed's second post–Velvet Underground solo album, and as a double A-side with his major hit, "Walk on the Wild Side". Its fame was given a boost in the 1990s when it was featured in the 1996 film Trainspotting and after a star-studded version was released as a BBC charity single in 1997, reaching number one in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Norway. Reed re-recorded the song for his 2003 album The Raven.

"Something New" is a song recorded by British girl group Girls Aloud from their second compilation album, Ten (2012). It was released by Polydor Records on 16 November 2012, as the first single from the album and the official single for Children in Need 2012. In February 2009, the group signed a new record deal with Fascination Records that would see the group release another three studio albums; however, they announced that they were taking a hiatus to pursue solo projects. In April 2012, bandmate Cheryl revealed the girls had been in talks to regroup for the group's tenth anniversary later that year. In October 2012, a countdown was activated on Girls Aloud's official website, which would last until 19 October 2012, when "Something New" would be premiered on radio. However the date was brought forward to 16 October 2012 following an early online leak of the track.

"Stop Crying Your Heart Out" is a song by the English rock band Oasis. The song was written by Noel Gallagher and produced by Oasis. It was released in the United Kingdom on 17 June 2002 as the second single from the band's fifth studio album, Heathen Chemistry (2002). In the United States, it was serviced to radio several weeks before its UK release, in May 2002. Liam Gallagher is the lead vocalist on the track, with Noel on backing vocals.

"Take Me Home" is a song by English singer and songwriter Jess Glynne. It was released on 3 November 2015 as the fifth single from her debut studio album, I Cry When I Laugh (2015). A music video for the song was released on Glynne's Facebook page on 30 October. "Take Me Home" has peaked at number 4 on the Scottish Singles Chart as well as number 6 on the UK Singles Chart; it was also the BBC Children in Need single of 2015.

"Times Like These" is a song by American rock band Foo Fighters. It is the fourth track from their fourth album One by One, and was released as its second single on January 14, 2003.

"You and I" is a song co-written by Ed Johnson, Henry Johnson and Mike Peden, and performed by Pop Idol UK series 1 winner Will Young. It appears on his debut album, From Now On, and was released as his fourth single on 18 November 2002 along with the track "Don't Let Me Down". It reached number two on the UK Singles Chart and number 27 in Ireland. The double A-side single was released in aid of Children in Need. CD2 included a limited edition poster.
