
The Beach Boys are an American rock band formed in Hawthorne, California, in 1961. Since then, the band has undergone many variations in composition, with representation by fill-ins onstage. As of 2019, the only principal members included in the Beach Boys' touring band are co-founder Mike Love and 1965 addition Bruce Johnston.

John Cowsill is an American musician, best known for his work as a singer and drummer with his siblings' band The Cowsills. He is currently a drummer and vocalist for The Beach Boys touring band, which features original Beach Boy Mike Love and long time member Bruce Johnston. Cowsill has also played keyboards for the "Beach Boys Band", and according to the band's website, he does Al Jardine's and the late Carl Wilson's vocal parts. He also has performed and recorded with Jan and Dean.

Matthew Alan Jardine is an American musician, best known for his work as a vocalist and percussionist for the Beach Boys and Brian Wilson. He is the son of original Beach Boy Al Jardine.

Charles Lloyd is an American jazz musician. Though he primarily plays tenor saxophone and flute, he has occasionally recorded on other reed instruments, including alto saxophone and the Hungarian tárogató. Lloyd's band since 2007 includes pianist Jason Moran, bassist Reuben Rogers, and drummer Eric Harland.

Carlos C. Muñoz, better known as Carli Munoz or Carli Muñoz, is a self-taught Puerto Rican jazz and rock pianist, best known for touring with The Beach Boys in the 1970s.

Scott Totten is an American musician, best known for his work as musical director, singer and guitarist in the current Beach Boys touring band, which features original Beach Boy Mike Love and later addition Bruce Johnston. Totten attended Berklee College of Music, eventually earning a Bachelor of Music degree. Later he was a Broadway and session guitarist. In the 1990s Totten played on albums and sessions by Grandmaster Flash, Angela Bofill, Sybill, Donna Summer and Exposé. He also played on Broadway shows and tours such as The Who's Tommy, Les Misérables, Rent and Mamma Mia!.
