Goczałkowice Reservoir is an artificial water reservoir close to Goczałkowice-Zdrój in the Silesian Voivodeship in Poland created with a dam on the Vistula in 1956. The area of the reservoir is 32 square kilometres and its capacity is 168 million m³. It is around 75 kilometres west of Kraków.

Góra Świętej Anny or St. Anne Mountain is an inselberg in Upper Silesia, Poland, next to the community of the same name. It is the location of the Franciscan monastery with the miraculous statue of St. Anne and the imposing calvary, which is an important destination for Roman Catholic pilgrimage. It has been a strategic location important to both German and Polish nationalists, and in 1921 it was the site of the Battle of Annaberg, commemorated in the Third Reich by the construction of a Thingstätte (Amphitheatre) and a mausoleum. The theatre remains, but the Nazi mausoleum was destroyed and replaced with a monument to those who took part in the Third Silesian Uprising.

The Little Beskids is one of the Beskids mountain ranges in the Western Beskids ranges of the Outer Western Carpathians in southeastern Poland. Within the range is the protected area known as Little Beskids Landscape Park.

Pilsko is the second highest mountain, 1,557 meters (5,108 ft), in the Żywiec Beskids mountain range, on the border between Poland and Slovakia. It is a hiking destination in summer and a skiing area in winter. The name Pilsko is frequently used not only to describe the main peak, which lies in Slovakia, but also whole range. The mountain lies not only on the border between the two nations, it also marks the European Watershed.
