Canarreos Archipelago is an archipelago of Cuba.

Cayo Levisa is a cay in Pinar del Río Province, Cuba. Accessible only through boats from Palma Rubia, the white sand beaches on its north coast attract tourism. It has several snorkeling and diving sites. It is part of the Colorados Archipelago coral reef and well known for its black coral.

Cayo Coco (Cays) or is an island in central Cuba, known for its all-inclusive resorts. It lies within the Ciego de Ávila Province and is part of a chain of islands called Jardines del Rey. The cay is administered by the Morón municipality, has a surface area of 370 km2, and is named after the white ibis, locally called coco (coconut) birds. The island is known for its long beaches and many resort hotels.

The Colorados Archipelago is a chain of isles and cays on Cuba's north-western coast.

Cayo Cruz del Padre is an uninhabited island on the northern coast of Cuba, in the province of Matanzas. It belongs to the Sabana section of the Sabana-Camagüey Archipelago.

Ernst Thälmann Island is a 15 km (9.3 mi) long and 500 m (1,600 ft) wide Cuban island in the Gulf of Cazones that is named after Ernst Thälmann. During a 1970s state visit to the German Democratic Republic, Fidel Castro made a promise that Cuba would donate an island to the East German government, and Cayo Blanco del Sur was renamed in a ceremony during a state visit by Erich Honecker. After the reunification of Germany, a German newspaper tried to visit the island and was told this transfer had only been "symbolic".

Cayo Fragoso is an island off the north coast of Cuba. It has a total area of 101 square kilometers and belongs to the Sabana-Camagüey Archipelago, and administratively belongs to the municipality of Caibarién, Villa Clara Province.

Isla de la Juventud is the second-largest Cuban island and the seventh-largest island in the West Indies. The island was called the Isle of Pines until 1978. It has an area 2,200 km2 (850 sq mi) and is 50 km (31 mi) south of the island of Cuba, across the Gulf of Batabanó. The island lies almost directly south of Havana and Pinar del Río and is a Special Municipality, not part of any province and is therefore administered directly by the central government of Cuba. The island has only one municipality, also named Isla de la Juventud.

The cay is about 25 kilometers (16 mi) long and 3 kilometers (1.9 mi) wide and is the second largest island in the Canarreos Archipelago. Cayo Largo is part of the special municipality of Isla de la Juventud.

Cayo Romano is an island on the northern coast of Cuba, in the province of Camagüey. It is the largest cay of the Jardines del Rey archipelago with 777 square kilometres (300 sq mi).

Sabana-Camagüey is an archipelago that lines Cuba's north-central Atlantic coast. It is located off the northern coast of the provinces of Matanzas, Villa Clara, Sancti Spíritus, Ciego de Ávila and Camagüey, and is bounded to the north by the Atlantic Ocean, specifically by the Nicholas Channel and Old Bahama Channel.

Cayo Sabinal is a cay on the northern coast of Cuba, in the municipality of Nuevitas, Camagüey Province. Has an area of 335 km².

Cayo Saetía is a 42 km2 (16 sq mi) cay in Holguín Province, Cuba. It belongs to the municipality of Mayarí.

Cayo Santa María is an island off Cuba's north central coast in the Jardines del Rey archipelago. The island is linked by road and bridge to the town of Caibarién on the main island. Cayo Santa María is well known for its white sand beaches and luxury all-inclusive resorts.
