
Alboran Island is a small islet in the Alboran Sea, part of the western Mediterranean, about 50 km (31 mi) north of the Moroccan coast and 90 kilometres south of the Spanish province of Almería.

Benidorm Island is a small island and nature reserve of Spain, off the Spanish Mediterranean coast. The island is near the holiday town of Benidorm, sitting approximately 3.5 kilometres (2.2 mi) from the Spanish mainland. Tourists to the area can take boat trips from the mainland to the island to visit its wildlife, most notably its population of wild peacocks.
Isla Canela is a small island located south of the town of Ayamonte, in Andalusia, Spain in the province of Huelva. The mouth of the Guadiana River is next to the island, and Portugal can be easily seen from Isla Canela. Isla Canela is set within an area of pleasant coastal scenery with wide, sandy beaches, dunes and salt marshes. The island is a summer resort popular with mainly Spanish and Portuguese holidaymakers who are attracted to its beaches.

The Columbretes Islands (Valencian: Les Columbretes, IPA: [les kolumˈbɾetes] or Els Columbrets, are a group of small uninhabited islets of volcanic origin, in the Mediterranean Sea, 49 kilometres off Orpesa. Administratively they belong to Castelló de la Plana in the Valencian Country.
Escombreras is an islet at the mouth of Cartagena's port, in Spain's Region of Murcia. Since 2011 a breakwater built for the expansion of Cartagena's port hooks around the north side of the island, but does not connect to it.

Gaztelugatxe is an islet on the coast of Biscay belonging to the municipality of Bermeo, Basque Country (Spain). It is connected to the mainland by a man-made bridge. On top of the island stands a hermitage, dedicated to John the Baptist, that dates from the 10th century, although discoveries indicate that the date might be the 9th century. With another small neighboring island, Aketx, they form a protected biotope that extends from the town of Bakio until Cape Matxitxako, on the Bay of Biscay.

Illa Grossa, is the largest island of the Columbretes archipelago of Spain, located in the Mediterranean Sea. It has a surface area of 14 hectares, or 0.05 square miles. It sits 60 km from Costa del Azahar. The island has experienced a rifting process since the lower Miocene, and is characterized by a significant presence of basalt materials. It is the result of a number of craters forming a chain, and its shape resembles the halve of an ellipse with an average diameter of 1 km, with two main elevations. The island's highest point, located in the northern section, is called mount Colibrí or Colibre. Along with the rest of the islands of the archipelago, it belongs to the Columbretes Islands Natural Reserve.

Isla de Las Palomas is an island opposite the town of Tarifa at the southern end of the Punta de Tarifa at the southernmost point of the Iberian Peninsula. The island has been connected to the mainland by causeway since 1808.

The Illes Medes is a small and craggy group of seven islets in the northwestern Mediterranean Sea. Administratively, the Medes Archipelago belongs to the Baix Empordà comarca, Catalonia, Spain.

Saltes Island is a small fluvial island located in the Huelva River estuary in the province of Huelva, Andalusia, Spain. The island is part of the Odiel Marshes biosphere reserve.
San Antonio Island is an island located in the eastern part of the Ebro Delta, belonging to the municipality of Deltebre, Catalonia, Spain. The island has an area of approximately 140 hectares.

Tabarca also known in Valencian as Nova Tabarca and Illa Plana, and in Spanish as Nueva Tabarca and Isla Plana, is an islet located in the Mediterranean Sea, close to the town of Santa Pola, in the province of Alicante, Valencian community, Spain. Tabarca is the largest island in the Valencian Community, and the smallest permanently inhabited islet in Spain. It is known for its marine reserve.
