Barili, officially the Municipality of Barili, is a 2nd class municipality in the province of Cebu, Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 73,862 people.

The Danajon Bank is the only double barrier reef in the Philippines, which is a very rare geological formation, which is located in the Camotes Sea. It comprises two sets of large coral reefs that formed offshore on a submarine ridge due to a combination of favorable tidal currents and coral growth in the area.

Guadalupe Mabugnao Mainit Hot Spring National Park is a protected area of the Philippines located in Barangay Guadalupe in Carcar, Cebu, some 50 kilometers from the provincial capital Cebu City. The park covers an area of 57.50 hectares occupying an important watershed forest reserve in the central Mantalongon mountain range. It was declared a national park in 1972 by virtue of Republic Act No. 6429.

Mount Lantoy is a 593-metre (1,946 ft) mountain located 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) inland from the municipality of Argao, Cebu in the Philippines.

The Mactan Channel also known as Opon Channel is the strait between main island of Cebu and the smaller Mactan Island. The body of water is located within Metro Cebu separating Lapu-Lapu City on Mactan Island from Mandaue City and Cebu City in mainland Cebu. It is one of the three channels that connect the Cebu Strait to the Camotes Sea — the other two being Olango Channel and Hilutangan Channel.

Mount Manunggal is the highest mountain in the island of Cebu located in Barangay Magsaysay in Balamban, Cebu province, rising 3,599 feet (1,097 m) above sea level. It is the site of the crash of the presidential plane Mt. Pinatubo which killed President Ramon Magsaysay and twenty-four others on March 17, 1957. An annual trek is held here to commemorate his death. The site is accessible through many trails but the trail from Tagba-o and at Cantipla in Tabunan, Cebu City is the main route from which the yearly Pres. Ramon Magsaysay Death Anniversary Climb is held.

Silmugi River is a river in the municipality of Borbon in Cebu province in the Philippines.

Silut Lagoon is a shallow body of water located in the municipality of Liloan, Cebu in the Philippines. It is a lagoon surrounded by mangroves that is connected to the Camotes Sea by a narrow channel called the Liloan River. The lagoon has depths of between 1–2 feet (0.30–0.61 m) and is situated just south of Liloan's poblacion. It is bounded to the east by the village of Catarman, to the west by Yati, and to the south by Tayud. It has sandbars near its outlet at Liloan River.

The Tañon Strait is a body of water, separating the islands of Negros and Cebu in the Visayas, Philippines. The strait, which is about 160 kilometres (100 mi) long, connects the Visayan Sea in the north to the Bohol Sea in the south. Its width varies from 5 to 27 kilometres, with the narrowest point in the south. In the north the strait is closed off by the Don Islands, the largest of which is Bantayan. The cities of San Carlos, Negros Occidental, Bais, Negros Oriental and Toledo, Cebu have deepwater port facilities. The Tañon Strait is known for whale and dolphin watching, with tour boats operating from Bais City.

Alcoy, officially the Municipality of Alcoy, is a 5th class municipality in the province of Cebu, Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 16,979 people.
